Know someone who’s doing something truly dierent from others in their position?
Know a young pioneer who is nding better ways to serve clients? Nominations for
The New Establishment: Media category are now open.
To submit someone in a junior- or mid-level role for consideration (and glory!),
ll out our online form here by July 5, 2019.

FAQ
Is there an age limit?
Nope. Rather than only considering those under 30, The New Establishment wants
to nd those in the early and mid-stages of their career who are raising the bar for
everyone else. Nominations are determined by job role and seniority, not age.
Who can I nominate?
Coworkers. Rivals. Bosses and employees. Someone on your client or agency team
who consistently impresses… basically anyone you think the industry should know
about. Just make sure you can demonstrate their expertise in concrete terms.
Can I nominate myself?
Absolutely. Please do.
What are the criteria?
The nomination form asks for information that indicates someone who has made an
impact, whose accomplishments can be clearly demonstrated with campaign results,
new business practices, innovative models and the like. We prioritize those who are
doing something new – builders and leaders, rather than followers. Tell us who’s
punching above their weight class and driving results for their partners and clients.
What happens after I nominate myself or someone else?
Our editorial team reviews all the applications to determine who we should keep
researching. We’ll contact co-workers, managers, clients and partners to get a better
sense of what your nominee has done to make their mark.
What if I want to nominate someone outside of the media agency business?
We’ll be expanding The New Establishment to other disciplines as time goes on. Be
sure to check back to see what other parts of the industry are open to nominations.
